If 90 days made it "real," then 75 days mean it's official. Not so much because of the number of days, but because you are very likely to receive an envelope in the mail quite soon.

And in that envelope is another envelope, which contains some important information. It also contains another envelope, which contains a card that you're supposed to fill out and return.
